Debunking the "Imposter Syndrome"

Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. An estimated 70% of people experience imposter feelings at some point in their lives. Imposter syndrome affects all kinds of people from all parts of life, and all genders.

In this informal workshop, Robin Milton (she/her) from Fairer Games challenged some of these assumptions and helped participants realise their full business potential.

The workshop encouraged participation and sharing of experiences, providing actionable takeaways from the session.
