Founded by Robin Milton in 2022, Fairer Games is a studio looking to make games differently, bringing creatives from all practices and backgrounds to the table.

Diversity is at the core of our business. We were founded to provide high quality, creatively focused content which tells the stories and history of people of marginalised genders.

Our approach to development is collaboration over competition and we are passionate about producing a positive ripple effect with the work that we do. We are committed to providing resources and opportunities to underrepresented folks looking to work in games, through mentoring and events.

Starting a company is a great responsibility and we are doing the work to ensure that we can provide a safe, healthy, nourishing work environment for those who work with Fairer Games whether they are consultants, contractors or staff members.
